	<p><p>Ultimately, the success of any AI system will be affected not by technology but by the ways leaders introduce and harness it. Under a state of technological disruption and in the "Age of AI", leaders are faced with new challenges and must make use of different skillsets. This module is designed to develop the skills necessary to be a successful leader in the age of AI.</p>
<h4>Objectives</h4>
<p><p>The module is structured so that each day will progress discussions to a higher level, moving from personal leadership dynamics to organisational challenges and societal responsibilities. Throughout, a key focus will be on the new skills each student, as a leader, must master to be successful, and the organisational infrastructures they must build to embed lasting success. These focal topics will balance attention to the transformations needed to lead organisations into an AI-enabled future, as well as the practices needed to ensure they thrive there.</p>

<p>This module will cover:</p>

<li>Developing the disruptive mindset to drive and thrive in digital transformation;</li>
<li>Leading digital transformation across your organisation;</li>
<li>Leading teams of technical experts in the digital age;</li>
<li>Achieving strategic alignment in the Age of AI;</li>
<li>Embedding responsible AI in your organisation and society;</li>
<li>Developing your organisation’s data culture; and</li>
<li>Shaping the future of work through AI.</li>
</ul></p>
<h4>Outcomes</h4>
<p>By the end of this course, you should be able to:</p>

<li>Develop strategies to strengthen your personal resilience and decision-making during times of disruption;</li>
<li>Appreciate the paradoxical nature of leading digital transformation;</li>
<li>Develop techniques to successfully lead teams of technical experts;;</li>

<li>Drive the responsible deployment of AI in your organisation and beyond;</li>
